  2. Bait Care & Storage Disclaimer:

    • Freezer Baits: Must be stored in a freezer immediately upon arrival. We accept no responsibility for spoilages resulting from improper storage after successful delivery.

    • Shelf-Life Baits & Liquids: Must be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight as instructed on the packaging.

4. Prices and Payment

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty or delivered in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable postal service as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
